Mark Deutsch, General Manager

Mark DeutschMark Deutsch has enjoyed over fifteen years as an entrepreneur and sales person – mostly in the healthcare arena. He has started or co-founded ten companies ranging from a medical billing software company to a sales training company.

Today Mark is the Executive Director of Business Network International (BNI) – Central Virginia. BNI is the world's largest business networking organization. BNI was founded in 1985. The organization currently has over 5,000 chapters throughout every populated continent of the world. Last year alone, BNI generated 5.5 million referrals resulting in $2.2 billion dollars worth of business for its members.

Mark holds an MBA from Averett University and is a regular contributor to various publications and speaker on networking, sales and marketing topics.

On a personal note, Mark moved to Richmond 15 years ago from Orlando, FL … he is married to Henly … has two boys – Jack, who is   7 years old and Davis, who is 3½  … and they live in the West End of Richmond.

Mark brings a wealth of business acumen and an unmatched drive to working with business owners and entrepreneurs to provide them the tools to grow their revenues through referrals and word-of-mouth marketing. 

Lisa Ritchie, Manager Editor and Advertising Director

Lisa RitchieLisa Ritchie has over fifteen years experience in sales and management and was a Branch Manager for a national staffing firm.   In 2006 she became the proud franchised owner of  Capital City SuperCoups and strives every day to help other locally owned business grow.

Lisa’s goal is simple; network with small business owners and work with them to create compelling advertising messages that get noticed.  As Managing Editor and Advertising Director  of The Business Networker, Lisa looks forward to helping other business people and business owners accomplish their goals.

Lisa came to Richmond in 1991 and has spent her entire career working directly with customers to be sure their needs are met. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from James Madison University.

Lisa lives in Midlothian with her husband Jim and their boys, Nicholas & Owen.

Cindy Creasy Woolfolk, Publisher

Cindy Creasy WoolfolkCindy Creasy Woolfolk has over twenty years experience in the communications industry including a varied background in broadcasting, advertising and public relations.  She founded Creasy Woolfolk Concepts, a local advertising and p.r. firm, in 1992 and opened James River Trade Exchange in 2004. 

She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Mass Communications with a specialization in advertising.  Cindy enjoys working with small, locally-owned businesses as she feels they are truly the backbone of any community.

Cindy lives in Ginter Park, is married to Dr. Royce Woolfolk and has two boys Royce Woodson, 14 and Nicholas, who is 9.  She loves all animals and has three rescued dogs, Kirk, Spotty and Vali.
